OEM Service
Justgood Health offers a variety of private label dietary supplements in capsule, softgel, tablet, and gummy forms.
We provide the development service for the new products from laboratory to large scale production.
Mixing & Cooking
Ingredients are sourced and mixed to create a mixture.
Once the ingredients have been blended, the resulting liquid is cooked until it thickens into a 'slurry'.
Molding
Before the slurry is poured, the moulds are prepared to resist sticking.
The slurry is poured into the mould, which is made into a shape of your choice.
Cooling & Unmolding
Once the gummy vitamins have been poured into the mould, it's cooled to 65 degrees and left to mould and cool for 26 hours.
The gummies are then removed and placed in a large drum tumbler to dry.
Bottle/Bag Filling
Once all your vitamin gummies have been produced, they are filled into the bottle or bag of your choice.
We offer amazing packaging options for your gummy vitamins.
Blending
Before encapsulation, it is essential to blend your formula to guarantee that every capsule contains an equal distribution of ingredients.
Encapsulation
We provide options for encapsulation in gelatin, vegetable, and pullulan capsule shells.
Once all components of your formula are mixed, they are filled into capsule shells.
Polishing & Inspection
After encapsulation, the capsules undergo a polishing and inspection process to ensure their quality.
Every capsule is meticulously polished to ensure no excess powder residue remains, resulting in a polished and pristine appearance.
Testing
Our rigorous triple inspection process checks for any defects before moving on to post-inspection tests for identity, potency, micro, and heavy metal levels.
This guarantees pharmaceutical-grade quality with absolute precision.
Fill Material Prep
Prepare the fill materials by processing the oil and ingredients, which will be encapsulated within the softgel.
This requires specific equipment such as processing tanks, sieves, mills, and vacuum homogenizers.
Encapsulation
Next, encapsulate the materials by putting them into a thin layer of gelatin and wrapping them to create a softgel.
Drying
Finally, the drying process takes place.
Removing excess moisture from the shell allows it to shrink, resulting in a firmer and more durable softgel.
Cleaning, Inspection & Sorting
We conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all softgels are free from any moisture issues or defects.
Blending
Before pressing tablets, blend your formula to ensure an even distribution of ingredients in each tablet.
Tablet Pressing
Once all ingredients have been blended, compress them into tablets which can be customised to have unique shapes and colours of your choice.
Polishing & Inspection
Each tablet is polished to remove excess powder for a sleek appearance and meticulously examined for any defects.
Testing
Following the manufacturing of the tablets, we conduct post-inspection tests such as identity, potency, micro, and heavy metal testing to maintain the highest standard of pharmaceutical-grade quality.
